About Our Programme

We are a British Judo Association member club and have produced many Dan grades over the years under the guidance of 6th Dan and highly qualified coach, Glenn Spiers. Our programme focuses on building technical throwing systems, grip fighting fundamentals, and takedown integration that translates directly to both gi and no-gi grappling.

Judo provides the foundation for controlling where the fight takes place. Whether you're looking to develop your stand-up game for BJJ competition or integrate effective takedowns into your MMA training, our structured classes will build the skills you need. We run sessions at rates that are as low as you can find in London, with classes on Monday evening, Wednesday morning, and Saturday afternoon.

Develop throwing systems, grip fighting, and takedowns for BJJ and MMA.

Affordable rates with classes Monday evening, Wednesday morning, and Saturday afternoon.

Judo is fundamentally about efficiency and control. Every throw, every grip, every movement should have clear purpose and technical foundation. Whether you're training to compete in Judo itself or integrating these skills into your BJJ and MMA game, the principles remain constant: understand leverage, maintain balance, and execute with precision.

Our programme is structured to develop judoka who understand not just the mechanics of throws, but the timing, positioning, and strategic thinking required to execute them under pressure. You will learn classical Judo techniques refined over decades, combined with modern training methods that translate directly to competition.

Training here means working with athletes who are committed to technical development and consistent improvement. We maintain traditional standards while adapting our approach to support your individual goals.
