Youth Programme

Our youth programme provides a structured pathway for young people to develop discipline, fitness, and practical self-defence skills through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Training is designed to build confidence, respect, and technical ability in a safe and supportive environment.

All instructors are DBS checked, child protection trained, and first aid qualified. Classes maintain a 2-4 instructor ratio, ensuring every child receives proper attention and supervision. Parents can observe sessions from our lounge area with live TV feed.

We offer regular gradings at no additional cost for members. Our programme caters to both younger children and teens, with older students transitioning into adult classes when they demonstrate the maturity and technical ability required.
