We run women-only BJJ classes on Sunday and Wednesday, providing a dedicated space for women to train together. While we strongly encourage women to join our regular mixed classes—our gym is fully inclusive and women train alongside men throughout the week—these sessions offer an alternative environment focused specifically on building confidence and technique within a supportive female community.

Both pathways develop real skill. The choice is yours based on what suits your training goals and comfort level.
